1] By this report, the Official Liquidator is seeking reliefs with regard to the properties of the Company in liquidation.

OLR.123-2017 2] Mr. Shyam Agarwal has given an offer of Rs.1,06,00,000/- (One Crore Six Lakhs) for the factory premises situated at W-247, S Block, MIDC Bhosari Pune-411026.

At the time of hearing of the present report, Mr. Sayyed Aziz of M/s Excellent Tools Tech who is present in the Court, has given his offer in the sum of Rs.1,50,00,000/-(One Crore Fifty Lakhs) along with a Cheque of the earnest money.

3] The reserved price is fixed at Rs.2,00,00,000/- (Two Crores). Both offers are below the reserved price and both offerers have declined to increase their respective offers further. In view thereof, the said offers are rejected. The demand draft/cheque tendered by Shyam Agarwal and Sayeed Aziz respectively are returned to them by the Official Liquidator in the Court itself.

4] The report of the Official Liquidator is allowed in terms of prayer clause (c).
