In fairness, Mrs. Shah for the Caveators points out that there is an inadvertent error in the Affidavit in Support of the Caveat, in the sense that it has been affirmed and filed by Caveator No. 3, Lalit Chatarbhuj Ramavat and not by Caveator No. 1. Caveator No. 1 shall, within one week from today, file a supporting Affidavit affirming the statements made in the Affidavit in Support already filed.

Petition to be renumbered as Suit. List the Suit for framing issues on 21st October 2015.
