This chamber summons is taken out to bring on record the legal heirs of defendant no.1. Respondent no.1 is defendant no.2. So far as respondent nos.2 and 3 are concerned, counsel for applicants states that they have served the chamber summons upon respondent nos.2 and 3 and undertakes to file affidavit of service within one week from today. No objection has been filed to the grant of the relief as sought. Therefore, the chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed.

Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended plaint to be served within two weeks.
