The Petition is for leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. The proposed Suit is a Commercial Summary Suit. The Petition states that a material part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. The proposed Defendants carry on business in Madhya Pradesh. I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the necessary jurisdiction to entertain and try the suit. 25th June 2018
