By order dated 5th November, 2019, Notice of Motion No.1562 of 2016, taken out by the applicant - plaintiff to examine the constituted attorney of the plaintiff, was dismissed as withdrawn.

Mr. Savant, the learned Counsel for the plaintiff submits that now the plaintiff desires to fle an affdavit in lieu of examination-in-chief of the plaintiff. The affdavit in lieu of examination-in-chief tendered by the plaintiff Mr. Harendra Mohanlal Karia (PW-1) is taken on record.

Mr. Takke, the learned AGP seeks time to fle statement in respect of admission and denial of the documents, which have been tendered by the plaintiff.

Three weeks time is granted for fling statement of admission and denial of the documents.

On the next date, PW-1 shall remain present for recording the evidence and marking of the documents.
