Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. The Respondent Company has paid an amount of Rs. 14,81,383/- to the Petitioner in full and final settlement of the claim of the Petitioner against the Respondent Company in the above Petition. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner therefore seeks to withdraw the above Company Petition as well as the Company Application.

The Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions from the

Nitin 942-CP-708-2014 Proprietor of the Petitioner who is present in Court states that an amount of Rs. 75,000/- received in cash from the Respondent has been credited to the account of the Respondent maintained by Magnum Packaging. The statement is accepted.

In the event of the Petitioner initiating any proceeding/s against Magnum Packaging, the same shall be decided on its own merits. The above Company Petition as well as Company Application are therefore disposed of as withdrawn.
