Heard Mr. Iyer, learned Counsel for petitioners, Mr. Amin, learned Counsel for respondents No. 3 to 5 and Mr. Panickar, learned Counsel for respondent No.7. 2.

By order dated 29th June, 2017, Petition was dismissed on the ground of maintainability and locus of the petitioners. It was made clear that merits of the case were not examined. Respondent No.7 was directed to institute Writ Petition in this Court within one week to challenge the impugned order. Matter was kept today for reporting compliance. Mr. Panickar states that respondent No.7 has instituted Writ Petition [L] No. 1808 of 2017.
