Further to the order passed on 13.10.2015, the Court Receiver is present in court. According to the Court Receiver, the charges payable to the Court Receiver is Rs.33,950/- + Valuer's fees of Rs.9,528/- totaling to Rs.43,478/-. Against this, the Court Receiver has Rs.14,784/- to the credit to the plaintiff. Therefore the balance sum payable by the plaintiff to the Court Receiver is Rs.28,694/-. The counsel for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff will pay the said amount within four weeks from today. NOTICE OF MOTION No. 1935 OF 2011 I have considered the affidavit in support of the notice of motion. 31.s.2283.2006.doc to the extent of dismissing the suit is recalled. The suit is restored to file. As requested by the counsel for the plaintiff, the suit is disposed as withdrawn. Refund of Court fees, if any, in accordance with Rules. The office also to process the application for refund of Court fees only upon being satisfied that the Court Receiver charges have been paid by the plaintiff.
