This application seeks recall of an order under Rule 986 of the High Court (Original Side) Rules of dismissal of a company application for non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the application, the self-operating dismissal order dated 17 April 2015 is recalled and set aside and Company Application No.430 of 2015 is restored to file. The office objections shall now be removed within two weeks from today, failing which the company application shall stand dismissed without reference to this court.
