P.C. :- Mr. Mohanty, learned Counsel appearing in support of the Appeal tenders an affidavit of Mr. Chaudhary, Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax, dated 18 November 2019 indicating that the tax effect shown in the appeal memo at Rs.1.95 crores is incorrect. The correct tax effect in the Appeal is Rs.99.86 lakhs. The affidavit further states that the Appeal would stand covered by the CBDT Circular No. 17 of 2019 dated 8 August 2019.

In the above view, Mr. Mohanty has been instructed not to press the present appeal.
