This notice of motion seeks recall of a self-operative dismissal order passed in the writ petition for non-removal of office objections. There is a delay in taking out the notice of motion. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, the delay is condoned and the order of dismissal dated 9 January 2019 is recalled and set aside and the writ petition is restored to file. The Petitioner may remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the petition shall stand rejected under the appropriate rules without reference to this court. The notice of motion is disposed of accordingly.
