By the present Notice of Motion, the plaintiffs seek interim injunction against the defendant against disposal or creation of third party rights in the suit property.

On 30/07/2014, this Court had recorded the statement made by the sole defendant that in case the defendant develops the suit property or creates any third party rights, he will issue notice to the plaintiffs with minimum period of four weeks.
