1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2] Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the water supply has been reconnected in terms of the ad-interim order dated 27th May 2015. We accept the said statement. 3] The only substantive prayer in the petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for restraining the respondents from disconnecting water connection granted by the respondents to the suit premises without following due process of law.

4] Hence, the petition need not be kept pending and we pass the following order:-

DSS 2/2 12-wp-1935-15 (i) The petition is disposed of;

(ii) However, we make it clear that if in future, the respondents intend to disconnect water supply to the subject premises of the petitioner, they shall not do so without following due process of law.
