DATED :- JULY 22, 2016 P.C. :- After having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, we do not think that we should interfere with the purely interlocutory order made by the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT). If the main proceedings are pending, then, if the final order therein is adverse to the interest of the petitioners, while challeing that order, they can also impugn the condition that is now imposed by the DRT. We do not think that we should interfere at this stage in writ jurisdiction. The writ petition is dismissed.
