The Official Assignee's Report has three prayers. The first is for payment of dues to the Land Breeze Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Bandra, Mumbai. The second prayer is for payment to the Sesa Ghor Premises Holders Cooperative Society Limited in Goa and the third prayer is for payment of professional fees of M/s. H. Mehta & Associates for valuation services rendered. The amounts of the payments required and the respective contributions from the insolvents' estate, as also from the amount lying to the account of Mrs. Monisha Ravi Jaising are set out in prayers.
3.
There appears to be no dispute that these amounts are due and require to be paid. The Report is, therefore, made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
4.
All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. (G. S. PATEL, J.) 12h July 2016
