Learned counsel for the Official Liquidator states that prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) are already worked out by virtue of interim orders passed by this court and do not survive. Insofar as prayer clause (d) is concerned, ex-directors have already filed 'Statement of Affairs' which would be scrutinized by the Official Liquidator within two weeks from toady and appropriate statement made before this court on the next date. Statement is accepted. In view of the statement, hearing on prayer clause (d) is deferred till next date. An oral request of Mr.Mehta for ex-directors made for return of the passport shall be also considered while disposing of prayer clause (d). S.O. to 12th December,2019.
