Having perused the previous orders and the prayers, we do not think that this writ petition should be kept pending. The official of the Municipal Corporation, who has the necessary powers and authority to deal with the complaints relating to lack of basic amenities or proper access, must address all the grievances of the petitioners and by treating this writ petition as a representation. He should take a decision on the same as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of two weeks from today.
