1] Perused the Official Liquidator's Report, which seek permission to effect the payment of Valuer fees of Rs.1,07,380/- to M/s.Accurate Valuers and Engineering Services, towards valuation charges of movable and immovable assets of the Company in liquidation. Perusal of the report would clearly reveal that the Valuer has submitted the Valuation Report and hence the amount due and payable to him should be disbursed forthwith.
