Though the Petition contains various vague allegations concerning casual approach of the Courts below, what the Petitioner really seeks in the present petition is an expeditious disposal of the pending execution application, which is contested by the Petitioner. The execution application arises out of R.A.E. Suit No.483/709 of 2008, which has been decreed by the Court of Small Causes at Mumbai. On the basis of the decree, the execution proceedings have been initiated by the decree holders. The grievance of the Petitioner appears to be that the Court of Small Causes at Mumbai, before whom the execution proceedings are pending, is not disposing off the execution proceedings. The Petitioner states that if the Court of Small Causes at Mumbai be directed to hear the execution proceedings expeditiously and consider the Petitioner's objections to execution, he will not press the allegations made against Courts.

WPL 1589-16.doc Accordingly, the Court of Small Causes at Mumbai is directed to hear the Petitioner's objections and dispose of the Execution Application No.134 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible. The Petitioner does not press the general allegations made by him against Courts. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
