Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. By this application, the applicant seeks post-grant amendment of letters of administration issued on 19.03.2022. The proposed amendment is stated in the schedule to the application, which indicates that certain typographical errors in the schedule to the original petition, need to be corrected. Consequently, the grant also needs to be amended. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as follows: (a) That the Applicant be permitted to carry out the amendment in terms of the Schedule annexed to the present Interim Application.

Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with. Consequently, the applicant shall surrender Digitally signed by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:
