This is a petition seeking extension of time to complete arbitral proceedings under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent has consented to the extension by e-mail dated 3 rd July 2021 addressed by the Advocate for the respondent to the Advocate for the petitioner. The e-mail in no uncertain terms conveys that the respondent has no objection to the extension being granted.

Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) Time to complete the arbitral proceedings is extended by six months from today. No further request for extension of time will be entertained.
