For the reasons stated in the affidavit-in-support of notice of motion, the delay of 11 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Notice of motion is accordingly allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a).

Since all the company petitions filed against the appellants have been admitted, we do not propose to modify the order, admitting the company petition. All contentions raised by the Appellants in this appeal are kept open, and they may be considered by the learned Single Judge at the time of hearing of the company petition.
