"(b) that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Applicant/the Plaintiff to effect the service of Notice of the Plaint on the Defendant Nos.1 to 6 by substituted service by Publication in three daily local newspapers of Thane City as well as in India viz. Sakal, Lokmat, Times of India, Maharashtra Herald. 2.

Writ of Summons shall be made returnable on 1 st August, 2016.
