Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants. Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. The Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced as follows : "(a)that the delay of 210 days in taking out the present Chamber Summons be condoned;

(b)to allow the Plaintiff to carry out amendment in the cause title of the Plaint and Notice of Motion as per the Schedule annexed hereto and all consequential amendments";
