Report of the learned Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court, Bombay dated 19th September, 2014 shows that Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 are not staying at the address provided by the Applicant in the present Chamber Summons and Execution Application.

Considering these facts, following order is passed.

ORDER

(A) Applicant to provide the present correct address of both the Defendants within 8 weeks from today, failing which, Chamber Summons shall stand dismissed without reference back to the Court.

(B) If the present correct address is provided within stipulated time as stated herein above, the Registry is directed to issue notice to the Defendants at their present correct address returnable after 12 weeks.

(C) Stand over to 30th January, 2018.
