Mr.Madon, learned senior counsel for the defendant no.1 invited my attention to an inadvertent error crept in paragraph 1 of the order dated 7th December, 2018. In the 5th line of the said order, the date mentioned as "22nd September, 2017" shall be read as "25th September, 2017".

In the 6th line of paragraph 1, the number mentioned as "22" shall be read as "32".

Insofar as the praecipe filed by the plaintiffs for speaking to the minutes of the said order is concerned, in my view, the clarification sought by the plaintiffs is not in the nature of speaking to the minutes of the order but is in the nature of modification of the order dated 7th December, 2018 which cannot be permitted on a praecipe. The plaintiffs are at liberty to file appropriate proceedings for modification of the said order.
