This Admiralty Suit was withdrawn by the parties vide Consent Order dated 8th July, 2022, passed by this Court. Tauseef

Directions were given by the Court in the order dated 8th July 2022, interalia to JSW Jaigarh Port to permit the Defendant Vessel to expeditiously sail out of the jurisdiction of this Court. 4.

This Court is informed by the learned counsel for the parties that despite all port dues having been paid, JSW Jaigarh Port has failed to respond to the Plaintiff's requests to appoint a Pilot for the Defendant Vessel and permit the Defendant Vessel to sail out, inspite of the directions issued by this Court on 8th July 2020. 5.

Accordingly, JSW Jaigarh Port is directed to forthwith appoint a Pilot to enable the Defendant Vessel to expeditiously sail out of the jurisdiction of this Court.

All concerned parties, including JSW Jaigarh Port to act upon an ordinary copy of this order duly authenticated by the Associate, communicated to them by the parties/their advocates vide email.
