Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the disputes between the parties have been settled and a settlement agreement has been signed between them on 12 March 2019. The settlement agreement signed by the parties through their authorised representatives is tendered in Court. The original settlement agreement duly signed by the parties is taken on record marked "X" for identification. The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted. Learned Counsel for the Respondent confirms having received the cheque in the sum of Rs.3,20,21,073/- in pursuance of the settlement agreement Pg 1 of 2
