Perused the Report. The same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder : (a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing accounts and Plaintiff may be directed to pay sum of Rs.10,100/- as costs, charges and expenses of the Office of the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay.

(b) Cost of this Report may please be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) and be directed to come out of the funds in the hands of the Court Receiver as Receiver;

The dues of the Court Receiver including costs and expenses shall be paid by the Bank within two weeks from the date of this order. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
