Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant has moved this application for recall of the order dated 21 August, 2015 read with orders dated 29 October, 2015 and 23 November, 2015, passed by this Court in the above Company Scheme Petition. By these orders, the scheme was sanctioned subject to approval granted by the Calcutta High Court. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant states that the scheme petition filed by the transferor companies in the Calcutta High Court have been withdrawn. He, Pg 1 of 2

He, therefore, says that nothing survives in this Company Application and seeks leave to withdraw the same. In view of the aforesaid statement, leave is granted and the Company Application is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
