The Suit is settled. Consent Terms are tendered. These have been signed on behalf of the Plaintiffs by their authorized signatory, as also by the 1st Defendant for himself and for the 3rd Defendant, and by the 2nd Defendant. The Defendants are from Indore. They have authorized Mr. Yogesh Adhia to represent them. The authorized signatory of the Plaintiff is present in Court. 2.

Having seen the Consent Terms and being satisfied that these are not contrary to law, that they reflect the true intentions of the parties, are fair and reasonable, and are drawn by the parties of their own volition, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 12th August 2016

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. Drawn up order or decree is dispensed with. 4.

All interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
