DATE : 08th MARCH, 2017 P.C. :
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners had taken time to take instructions whether the Petitioners want to pursue this petition or not. We are informed by Shri C. K. Thomas, learned counsel for the Petitioners, that domicile certificates have been produced and the admissions have been given to the petitioners and as such, therefore, on that point, the writ petition does not survive. He has submitted that the vires of certain provisions have been challenged in some other petition, which is pending before the first court. Borey 1/2
