The learned counsel appearing for the Mumbai Municipal Corporation has placed on record a copy of the order dated 7th March, 2018 passed by the Commissioner of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation. The order is taken on record and marked as "O-1" for identification. In view of the directions issued by the Municipal Commissioner under the said order, the grievance made in the Petition does not subsists. Now, there is an assurance that the Designated Officer of the concerned ward will initiate action for demolition of the alleged illegal construction after following due process of law.
