The Applicant has nominated Mr Najjumuddin Khan as Arbitrator. The Respondent has nominated Mr. Abhay Jambhekar as an Arbitrator. Mr. Najjumuddin Khan and Mr. Abhay Jambhekar are therefore, appointed as Arbitrators to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Agreement dated 21-032012.
