DATED :- FEBRUARY 12, 2016 P.C. :- It appears that on 27th March, 2014, the present set of Advocates informed the Registry and in the presence of the Petitioner that they do not desire to continue as the Advocates. There is a record of this by the Additional Prothonotary and Senior Master.

2) The dispute in relation to payment of fees is outside the purview of the Additional Prothonotary and Senior Master. Equally, if the Petitioner, who has filed the Writ Petition does not wish to continue with the Petition or is not present despite the above development, then, it is for him to suffer.
