By this Chamber Summons, a prayer is made to bring the Applicant on record who has been assigned, the decree by the original claimant Magma Fincorp Limited. Having perused the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons and having heard learned Counsel for the Applicant, it is in the interest of justice that the claimant's Chamber Summons be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) and (b). Amendment be carried out to the Execution Application within a period of two weeks from today.
