The Suit was originally filed as a trade mark action. aN order dated 8th February 2005 was passed on the Plaintiffs' Notice of Motion No. 347 of 2005, appointing the Court Receiver. That order required the Court Receiver to make an inventory. It seems that no steps were taken by the Plaintiffs to implement the order. On 28th February 2008 the Suit was allowed to be withdrawn. However no order was passed regarding the discharge of the Court Receiver.

The present report seek directions for discharge of the Receiver and for payment of his costs.
