The same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder : "(a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing accounts and plaintiffs may be directed to pay costs, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver, as per the provisional statement prepared by this Registry upon taking inspection;

(b) cost of Rs.3,000/- towards this Report be awarded against Plaintiffs and be directed to come out of the funds in the hands of the Court Receiver as Receiver;"
