Ms. Pahuja tenders draft of proposed amendment to bring legal heirs of defendant no. 2 on record, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
Leave to amend the plaint as per the draft tendered granted. Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended plaint to be served within 3 weeks from today. In view of the above, all amendments to be carried out in all interim applications pending. Mr. Punekar states that he has instructions to appear for the newly added defendants No. 2A, 2B and 2C and waives service of writ of Umesh Malani
