Heard Mr. Aithe and also considered the official liquidator's report.

Official liquidator's report is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) to (g). Since this court's experience is once reserve price is indicated a cartel is formed to bring down the price. No reserve price to be indicated, whoever is inclined to purchase the vehicle can give their offers with EMD of Rs.50,000/- for each of the cars.
