Parties have settled their disputes in arbitration before Mr Dormaan Dalal, learned Advocate of this Court. There is an Award dated 27th February 2021. By an order of 29th January 2021 of this Court, an amount of Rs. 1,37,860/- was deposited in this Court. 3.

The consent Award before the Arbitrator permits the Claimant Petitioner to withdraw the amount. The Petitioner is thus entitled to withdraw this amount with all accrued interest. The 23rd June 2021
