The suit was on board on 11 February 2016 when none appeared for the Plaintiff. The Court in its order passed on 11 February 2016 also noted that even on a prior date i.e. on 21 December 2015, none had appeared for the Plaintiff. The court, in the premises, by its order dated 11 February 2016 directed the suit to be placed for dismissal on 18 February 2016. The suit, accordingly, appears today on board for dismissal.
