Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. The case of the applicants is that the Municipal Corporation has already demolished their structures.

Their case appears to be that the Municipal Corporation has done it illegally. If that be so, the remedy of the applicants is to file appropriate proceedings seeking appropriate relief before the appropriate Court.

Hence, we dispose of the Chamber Summons with liberty to take out

oschs197 appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
