(Through Video Conferencing) P.C:- The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that both the Respondent University and the State Government are agreeable in principle to extend the relief to the Petitioners as prayed for in this petition, which fact is confirmed by the learned AGP and the learned Counsel for the Respondent University.

The learned Counsel point out that there are certain procedural formalities that remain and the learned Counsel for the

The learned AGP states that the Respondent University will have to submit proposal and if the same is submitted, the State Government will process it within eight weeks. If that be the position, nothing stops the officers of the State in contacting the University and calling for the proposal and for the officers of the University to submit the same. This being part of the routine work for both the agencies, it is not necessary for this Court to set up time-table for them. Expecting that the exercise will be conducted as expeditiously as possible, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
