Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which is reproduced hereunder :
(a) that the Respondent be brought on record in the above Suit as Defendant No.11;
(b)that in the event prayer (a) is granted, the Plaintiffs be allowed to amend the Plaint and carry out all other necessary and consequential changes in terms of the Schedule annexed hereto within two weeks 1/3
from the date of this order or within such period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit;
