2.s.1046.1992==.doc of plaintiff no.1 who expired on 15.02.2017. The legal heirs of plaintiff no.1 are plaintiff no.2 and respondents. The applicant seeks deletion of name of plaintiff no.1 in the cause title and add respondents as plaintiff no.1A, 1B and 1C. Mr.Majumdar for defendant Nos.1 to 5 and Ms.Seeja John for defendant No.6 have no objection if the relief sought in chamber summons is granted.

Therefore, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and accordingly disposed.
