Prayer Clause (a) which is the only substantive prayer in this Petition reads thus:

"(a) That a writ of certiorari, writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction be issued calling for the records and after examining the legality and proprieties of the application, be ordered and directed respondent no.1 to decide petitioner's complaint/appeal dated 21st July, 2015 within time bound schedule as directed by respondent no.2."

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Appeal/Complaint lodged on 21st July 2015 has been already decided. In view of this statement, nothing survives in this Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.

As far as the order passed by the Appellate Authority is concerned, the remedies of the Petitioner are kept open.

Chamber Summons No.338 of 2016 does not survive and the same is disposed of.
