We are of the view that since some representations have been made by the Petitioner to the Corporation for redressal of his grievance, the purpose of the Petition shall stand served if the Corporation decides those representations, in accordance with law. Accordingly we direct Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to decide the representations made by the Petitioner to the Corporation, which are of the dates of 19th May, 2022, 17th October, 2022 and 21st March, 2023, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a 1/2

9-wp1655-23.doc period of six weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this Court, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and other stakeholders, if any. The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms. 3.
