Though time was granted yesterday, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents seeks time as the officer concerned has not given instructions. Considering the limited prayer made in the petition, the same need not be kept pending. Hence, we pass the following order :-

ORDER

(i) If application dated 31st March 2018 made by the petitioner is already decided, a copy of the order passed on the said application shall be furnished to the petitioner within two weeks from today;

wpl-1859.18.sxw (ii) If the said application is not yet decided, the same shall be decided within a period of four weeks from today. Order passed on the application shall be communicated to the petitioner;

(iii) We have made no adjudication on the merits of the application;
