Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioners has placed before us a copy of the report dated 10th January 2016 which indicates that the elections were held.

We do not think that the Petitioners are without any remedy. In the event the elections held are allegedly not legal and valid, then the Petitioners can question the entire process, including the results thereof in appropriate proceedings. They can approach an appropriate forum for redressal of all their grievances. Finding that

4-WP1678-15.DOC the Writ Petition is not the remedy, we dispose it of with the above observations. We clarify that we have not examined any contentions on merit.
